報名步驟 Application Steps

2. 填妥後，請將參加回條經以下方法遞交：
   Please send the completed reply slip via:

   • ​電郵至14thcontest@fms2.edu.hk（標題：第十四屆科技創意比賽報名）；或
     Email to 14thcontest@fms2.edu.hk (Title: Enrollment of the 14th Innovative Science Contest); or

   • 傳真至2512  0659；或
     Fax to 2512 0659; or

   • 郵寄至九龍觀塘振華道83號福建中學（封面註明：第十四屆科技創意比賽報名）
     Post to Fukien Secondary School, 83, Chun Wah Road, Kung Tong, Kowloon (With wordings “Enrollment of the 14th Innovative Science Contest” on the cover of the letter)

3. 大會將於2018年11月9日或以前發出確認通知及參賽隊伍的數目。
   The confirmation and the number of participating team(s) will be sent on or before 9th November, 2018 through email.​
